Angry Orchard Elderflower hard cider

So cider is fashionable these days and Angry Orchard a popular brand . However the Elderflower is possible a less known flavour. My first taste came before I drank any since the aroma was coming out and saying hi. Then I took my first sip. Taste is as I have said many times in my life very important. This cider tasted good and although most people think of cider as tasting like apple this cider really does not but thats a good thing in this case. Since the taste it has is pleasurable.

This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Seneca Black and Tan

Seneca Black and Tan. This is one of several Seneca Brewing company beers which I have tried it is also one of several Black and Tans. Would I say it was the best of either category,  no, but that does not mean it was not very tasty. Infact it was rich almost creamy, Very well flavoured.
Some black and tans show a smooth blending of two types of beers but some combine the beers in a smooth way that makes you believe the two were made to be together. This is such a brew.  For an example of a black and tan type I dont get this from is stella with guinness I like both separately. Together I find myself wishing that I had drank them independently of one another.
